1-1 Training
$220 / month
Your 1-1 coaching plan is made to fit your life, your flow, and your goals. Be it a focus on Hyrox, multi-endurance sport, or strictly running, you will be working with a coach that has studied, applied, and tested multiple training modalities over the last decade. My aim is to get you to the start line not only prepared to race due to increased fitness, but due to increased durability, consistency, and joy in your training which ultimately leads to the best results.
Your training plan will include:
Intro Call - we will discuss things like your goals, equipment accessibility, time constraints, and everything else that is important for me to know in creating your training plan.
Weekly Training Plan - you should expect to train 4-6 days per week, about 30 - 150 minutes per day depending on your goals and ability level.
Pre-Race Calls - we will break down your racing plan and talk through any worries or possible sticking points.
Daily Direct Communication - my athletes are encouraged to contact me (via text, WhatsApp, or another preferred method) at anytime for questions/advice, training plan clarifications, plan adjustments, or racing needs. Turn around time for responses is typically within 24 hours.
